Thanks to this TREASURE I finally have the confidence to try to make the dishes I grew up loving! My first try at kourambiethes turned out great thanks to the tips and hints in this book. What a great Christmas gift - and I can't wait until New Year's when I try vasalopita for the first time on my own. I need to order more for when the kids grow up.

This is a book we could all treasure!! It has many great recipes we all wished we had at one time or another. Don't be afraid-Dorothy's directions make you feel like anything is possible. Everything I have made has been a success. My 21-year old daughter wants one for herself!! It's #1 on my Christmas giving list.
